Just click to find out more. You may find that you can get straight into some of these groups already. Other groups are for members only - so you'll have to ask permission of the group's owner. A click will usually get you to the owner's profile page, and from there you should be able to send them an email.
Don't forget to add a message, saying which group you want to join.
