I've provided an example of a title above. It's just the way the comments work as far as I know. Will dig deeper but I think having a comment subject isn't a bad thing as it allows identification of comments in lists where you don't want to show the whole comment.
I don;t know what the issue is about comment not following the blog entry - I think it does, albeit with a title
I thought it did indent - did last time I tried it - am trying again now.
You can't pin every blog entry - you can only pin a limited number in the header. They appear on the group page as a list of teasers, latest first. Not sure what you mean by 'at the top left hand'
I just don't yet understand enough about blogging. I see now that indenting works. But for instance - titles (subject): there's a drop-down list in the subject box - but it didn't include the titles of recent comments. Don't understand.

Replying to my own feedack
Is this indented?
Incidentally, I propose to change it to make the preview optionally.
Indenting seems to work
This is a new comment - the last was a reply to the previous comment - indenting is working as I expect. What do you expect that's different?
Finding out
I just don't yet understand enough about blogging. I see now that indenting works. But for instance - titles (subject): there's a drop-down list in the subject box - but it didn't include the titles of recent comments. Don't understand.
How we blog
I don't understand how to find my own comments - or the replies to them. . .
Why?
There's a drop-down menu in the subject box - but it doesn't seem to co-incide with the titles that already exist?
Drop down list
The drop down list just show what's been typed in the field by you on this machine before - you can type what you like.
This was posted with preview set to optional rather than required
Drop Down List
I can see loads of comments as me. Not sure what I can see as Susan Mac. I'll check.
Drop Down List
I don't think that as Susan Mac I can see my own comments - or anyone else's except Monkey's.
Susan Mac's comments
I can't see any of these as Jsprince
